To capture the breathtaking views of the Gulf and the iconic Dubai skyline, beautifully landscaped courtyards and terraces have been meticulously designed to provide a significant number of hotel rooms and residences with outdoor spaces, private pools, and shaded gardens. These private sanctuaries are designed to enhance guest comfort and overall enjoyment while maximizing shade and channeling the refreshing breezes over the water and surrounding greenery of the resort.

Atlantis The Royal’s Design Concept

The terraces gracefully descend toward each other, seamlessly connected by a sky bridge that defines Atlantis The Royal’s distinctive silhouette. This structural marvel acts as a majestic gateway between the two buildings, adorned with pools, lounges, cabanas, and other luxurious amenities, forming a verdant oasis in the sky. The breezeways enclose conference areas, resort facilities, and a spacious open lobby at the center of the complex.
