The Studco Building Systems Vortex High-Performance Framing System improves the behavior of the wall structure in high-rise buildings and is considered a breakthrough in internal wall systems. Through extensive research in conjunction with Deakin University, Studco developed the Studco Vortex Internal Wall System, designed to eliminate the stress and tension within the wall system that causes noise annoyance.
The anti-tension kerfs allow for services to be easily fed through the system without compromising structural integrity or causing bowing and deformation. By comparison to a conventional system, the Studco Vortex Internal Wall System displayed 95% less deformation when installed.
