Am Rietpark D SLIK Architekten GmbH

The Am Rietpark D commercial office/retail building near Zurich Switzerland, designed by SLIK Architekten GmbH is a state of the art green building. The office building is located in an up-and-coming neighborhood in close proximity to the train station.

The very low energy consumption does not only offer peace of mind, but also allows for 6 floors with high-quality and flexible work surfaces, which are accessible and efficient thanks to innovative building technology.

The project, carried out by Prof Leibundgut Low-Ex principle, operates under the concept of energy efficiency and provides a decentralized, individually controlled ventilation system for this building. As a result energy is consumed more sparingly for the individual building.

In terms of the structure and façade, the exposed position on the rails requires additional sound insulation. The modern colored glass makes up one layer, and provides maximum brightness and transparency to the interior. Aesthetically, it also allows for high visibility and an artistic appearance to the façade, which was conceived by the Zurich artist Kerim Seiler.
