In order to bring the sunlight of the south to the interior as much as possible, it is necessary to actively attract the surrounding scenery to produce a pictorial scenery in the room, and in order to smoothly ventilate the interior of each room, Are arranged in different directions for each household, and addition of inclined wings for mutually intercepting the line of sight from the adjacent households and dynamic inner and outer parts produced by zigzag-shaped copper lines arranged in a skip after- The space structures, as a result, made architectural “stars” resembling stars.

Festive Dalmat
The static space as a lagoon alleyway – The massive, static and inclined spaces of the masses and masses of each generation provides the space for walking, and the two masses themselves are framed, and the opposite landscape is painted I tried to apply the unique spatiality of “Dal-dong” by directing it.

Dynamic spatiality as a festival square – Since the main road in the complex is a functional moving pathway, it can be a place where social and cultural life activities where the mutual crossing of outside life of every generation face each other can occur. We expect to play the role of the festival square as a communal living space to promote communion among residents.

Small but rich space
The interior and exterior space is small, but it is rich in bodily senses and has interesting spatial attractions by applying a changeable arrangement of inner and outer spaces that are divided into a loose form after skipping along the slope of the inclined terrain.

Identity for the fulfillment of proprietary instincts
The diversity of the three unit franchise, the four moldings, and the aluminum exterior walls that change in various colors give different identities to each of the 19 generations.

The Evolution of Home Business
The executor of STELLA FIORE is likely to become the home of an evolved homeowner who sells culture, not real estate, in Korea.

Star in the stars
Now the house should be a place of everyday entertainment where you can enjoy life, not just a machine for habitation.
