Through a play of sliding, the superimposed volumes display successively three hotel complexes as well as offices and at the top, a belvedere that can receive the general public or exceptional events.
At each interface, a double height extended by a terrace garden in a balcony on the city, accommodates the lobbies of the hotels.
A double elevator circuit, on the one hand, extends vertically the street space within the building, leading directly to each lobby and the belvedere, on the other hand, ensures a local service to the intermediate floors of each set Hotelier.
