French architect Jean Nouvel, in collaboration with AMADEUS, has created a set of sleak and luxurious, contemporary speakers. They were initially designed for the mixing studios of Philharmonia of Paris and Home Hi – Fi systems (thus the name Philharmonia Speakers), but were introduced in Munich and Frankfurt in an exhibition. The speakers comprise of a monitoring system while also adopting the latest advancement in technology.
The speakers create an unique environment when turned on, which helps in initaiting a new way of rediscovering musical masterpieces which created a sensorial experience and provide a trully artistic background. The enhancement of sound quality, while keeping the notes transparent and accurate, relates to the understanding that the new innovation in speakers has become a timeless beauty, as well as keeping the know-how and creativity in check.

The speakers comprise of a unique 28 mm soft round tweeter, with low distortion and rapid growth. The product is sculptured from a block of birch and a handmade 8-inch woofer. The construction technique of the speaker that was used for the Philharmonia creates a dramatic cut and crossed structure which has transverse reinforcement. The speaker’s aerodynamics improves the aesthetic aspect while also forming a low-velocity hybrid laminar port, which leads to a more complex advancement in technology. The speakers are set to be released in the 4th quarter of 2015 while some improvements are being catered to for the home Hi-Fi system, to keep the performance updated and remove any issues completely.
