Now that the residential tower of Zaha Hadid Architects in New York is officially open, photographs of the lobby and facility spaces have been released. The tower, which is located at 520 West 28th Street, comprises 11 floors and 39 housing units whose interiors have been revealed at the beginning of 2017.
The outstanding features of the building, that have been completed lately, include a 75-foot-long swimming pool illuminated by skylights. Moreover, there is a lounge dedicated to the entertainment of the residents and it comprises a bar, a spa, a sauna, and a gym.
IMAX theaters, which can accommodate up to 12 spectators, are also available. This is considered to be the first private IMAX experience across the globe. The theaters will be utilized by residents to watch films, play video games, or hold parties.
Additional features will also include an outdoor balcony that overlooks the High Line, in addition to a courtyard with abundant greenery and water installation by the studio of Future Green. Smart-parking areas will utilize an automated valet to park the cars quickly. Also, there will be a storage system for each of the residential units to provide some extra space.
