Zena Holloway is a photographer who has managed to take the art of photography that one step further by focusing her career on Underwater variety. She combines the highly technical aspects of underwater photography with superb creative direction that results in extraordinary imagery.
Now based in London, she regularly shoots for a range of magazines and advertising clients who appreciate the unique impact of her colourful dreamlike images. Her interest in underwater photography started when she was 18 while working her way around the globe as a scuba diving instructor, Zena began experimenting with camera and gradually taught herself the skills needed to master this most technical of photographic techniques.
Zena is a commercial diver, film director, and self-taught underwater photographer. Her lifestyle and work are the stuff that only dreams are made of, and her underwater photography is full of so much loveliness I almost can’t explain it. But you’ll see what I mean.
