Having a rainforest in a desert, or in your tower is not something that you see always. Now combine these and put them on a ultra luxurious towers. And imagine the experience.
ZAS architects were chosen to design the Rosemont hotel & residences, that will cover an area of 75,000 square foot (6,968 square meter) rainforest — first of its kind as the developers claim.Located opposite Dubai internet city, off Sheikh Zayed Road (SZR), in Dubai’s al Thanyah district, the design will allow users to access the city’s important business districts, mall of the Emirates and Jumeirah beach as well.

Expected to open in 2018, the hotel design will consists of two 47 storeys towers , a combined 5 storey podium and 2 basement levels for the facilities. splash pool which uses recycled water and a man-made beach has been added to the elevated rainforest. Also, the complex will use an infinity pool with a glass bottom overlooking the gulf, and robots will deliver the luggage to the specified rooms.

The towers will provide total of 106,000 sqm gross floor area (total 170,000sqm construction area) in 450 hotel rooms equipped with a sky lobby, sky pool, fine dining restaurants, SPA, health club, meeting rooms and state of the art guest experience (approx. 45,000 sq.m.) and 280 serviced apartments that contains a sky lobby, sky pool and exclusive residential amenities around the sky lobby (approx. 52,000 sq.m.), the artificial beach with a rainforest like landscape development on top of podium, an entertainment area in the top level of parking podium (approx. 7,000 sq.m.), limited niche retail in the Ground floor and back of house facility and parking facilities for users with longer visiting times. Four meeting rooms, two boardrooms and one multi-functional space are also provided in order to fit for various scales of meetings, conferences and events, the scheme will be operated by curio collection, by Hilton.
