PMG Reveal Renderings of 300 Biscayne, Miami’s Expected Tallest

The developers of 300 Biscayne have revealed renderings of the new residential tower which is promised to be the tallest skyscraper in Miami. The developers, PMG (Greybrook Realty Partners and Property Markets Group), say that it will be 1,04-foot tall building. 300 Biscayne is just one building of several planned towers awaiting construction in Miami.

The renderings of the ‘stacked-boxes skyscraper’ have been released on the project’s website ‘300 Biscayne’. It is expected to comprise a luxurious hotel in addition to 500 residential units and a top-notch spa. It will furthermore include a 20,000-square-foot sales center which will be available in the near future.

PMG has yet another adjacent housing project, called 400 Biscayne, which is expected to comprise 700 hi-tech apartments.
