Plumage Lighting, a game of light and shadow cast through the feathers of tropical birds, this is the new Plumage lamp collection. The overlapping layers bend the light in a pleasant way thus giving the lamp a grandios presence. Tailored from fire-resistant fabric attached to white mounted metal and from seven monochromatic colors to choose from, these modules will increase the comfort and luxury of any environment.
The hanging models come in 80-, 120- and 180-centimeter diameter sizes in order to accommodate your spatial needs, while the floor mounted version is available in normal size Ø 80 cm and height 189 cm but also in an oversize version Ø 180 cm and height 300 cm. Lidia Ratoi is a Romanian architect, educator, and researcher, currently serving as Assistant Professor at the University of Hong Kong’s Department of Architecture. With a background in both architectural design and theory, her work explores the intersections of technology, media, and politics in the built environment. Ratoi’s research focuses on the aesthetics of power, surveillance, and virtuality, with a strong interest in critical and speculative design. She has practiced internationally and exhibited in venues across Europe and Asia. Passionate about challenging conventional narratives, Ratoi integrates digital tools with philosophical inquiry, encouraging experimental approaches to architecture. Her contributions continue to shape emerging discourses in design and architectural pedagogy.
