Pleat Stool | Debra Folz

The Pleat Stool designed by Debra Folz is a item which is elegant in its simplicity. No tricks here save one. The stools top can be removed for interchangeability of coloured pleated sleeves. The top is nicely articulated with a milled-out bottom fitting seat.

The perfect POP of color, these stools are a sweet combination of wood and pleated textiles. Solid wood construction and a removable top allows you to slip the fabric off, dry clean if necessary, and slip back on with ease. It also allows you to change your color when you change your space! “I think a common factor is that I incorporate textiles and embroidery and a lot of fun colors into the pieces. I always come back to merging more industrial processes with the more domestic quality of textiles.” said by Debra Folz
