New York City Theatre : David Vecchi & Emanuela Ortolani

The impressive New York City Theater project is designed by David Vecchi & Emanuela Ortolani. The proposal is for a mixed-use building that has been developed under various economic concerns, to maximize the potential value of the plot (Given the high price of land in Manhattan) and also due to the high sale price of the real estate units in Manhattan. Thus, in addition to the main function of theater, the design includes some real estate units that will also have the basic task of funding the theatrical activity.
