New Commercial Area for San Jose del Cabo Airport, Sanzpont [arquitectura] has designed a commercial area for the new Terminal 2 in the San Jose del Cabo, Mexico airport.
The main objective of the project was to incorporate shops and services within the terminal while creating a unique passenger experience.
Developing greener and more sustainable spaces was a principal focus in the overall design. The design concept is based on aerodynamics that uses curved aluminum compound panels to envelop the vending and lounge areas.
Alice Hellyar is an Architect and Craftsperson in the Columbia River Gorge of the Pacific Northwest, where she has practiced since 2011. Her work includes custom residential design with a focus on site specific homes. She is continually exploring the relationship between the natural world and the built world, which inspires her work. Alice is licensed in Oregon and Washington and is an AIA member. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Virginia Tech.
