The site is located in lower Manhattan between Tribeca and White Hall. We started by defining a system in which the project as a smaller system would nest. The project is conceived as a result of these interactions. The element of Media in the form of the project, would affect these cultural territories; enhancing the positive qualities and reducing the negative ones.
