On Thursday 4th of July, the Jury meeting took place in Bulthaup Galera showroom in Madrid, an exhibition space of the German company of kitchen furniture.15 finalists were exposed, from which the Jury had to select the proposals that deserved to be recognized as winners or honorable mentions of the International Gastronomic Center (IGC) Brussels academic competition.
