Extension of CCGE, This project is based on social need that currently exists in the state, to the approach to arts education with the proposal: Sinaloa’s Artistic Training Center and Culture, which seeks redress the current deficit on the Schools of Arts José Limón, the School of Music and Dance School, now part of CCGE.

The project be created as an extension of CCGE through a master plan which gives priority to public open space and to promote cultural exchange in general society,  in addition, the proposal will provide the public an architectural element that adds the existing cultural facilities in the city. The project includes a series of buildings that promote art, of which only the fine arts school is in full development.
