It has been announced that the Venice Biennale 2020, curated by Hashim Sarkis, will start on the 29th of August and not the 23rd of May as previously communicated. It will end on the 29th of November as planned.

These new opening dates of the Venice Biennale have been established as a result of recent precautionary measures that are also involving the Italian territory.
