Creative architecture isn’t limited to building designs; another sort of creativity is being introduced by the North Carolina-based goldsmith, Ola Shekhtman. Her new design collection targets the romantic traveler who often falls in love with city skylines, so they could carry its image wherever they go. Ola grew up in Siberia; she had always wanted to explore the world. She moved to New York with her husband after visiting many cities like London and San Francesco. With an education in jewelry making, she enrolled in 3D-modeling classes to help her create her unique designs. Inspired by the city of Paris, she started her first cityscape ring. So far she produced dozens of rings representing skylines of many cities like New York, Amsterdam, Washington DC, Boston, and Edinburgh (Intending to imitate the skyline of Seattle and Chicago in further designs).
All her designs are available in various materials from bronze and silver to gold or platinum at her Etsy shop.
