A Dynamic Adidas Experience of the Boost Energy Lab | Urbantainer
Boost Energy Lab, experience interactive technology with this new innovative space! Created by Urbantainer and Adidas, the ‘Boost Energy Lab’ integrates a technological approach in creating an unusual experience for the company’s store. Located in Myeongdong, Seoul, South Korea, the new Adidas space celebrates the launch of the ‘boost running shoes’ by creating a dynamic atmosphere within the interior.
Graphic design, light installations, as well as an enhanced experience touch points were added to create the vibrant zones of the store while unifying the overall brand experience. The Myeongdong flagship store is very visually appealing with its futuristic attributes. Following the ‘Springblade Innovation Lab’ the new lab is a culmination of six years.
It highlights the distinctive features of the Boost running shoe within its two areas: the ‘Display Zone’ and the ‘Experience Zone.’ The Boost™’s features are highlighted in the display area. The cushioning of the shoe is represented by acrylic cylinders in which a moving light is installed. The composition expresses the formation, movement, and play between consistency and power of the Boost™. Visual and physical experiences are integrated in the ‘experience zone.’
Visitors are given a chance to try on the running shoes while moving on the interactive flooring. LED panels in the floor allow for an extraordinary visual experience. The many projections create an amazingly unified space while giving the store a magical sensation that draws the public into it.
