San Francisco artist Andres Amador uses the beach as his canvas, racing against the tide to create these large scale temporary masterpieces using a rake or stick. I would so love to stumble upon one of his works of art on the beach one day… and I’m kindof inspired to make my own while I’m at the shore this weekend!
“Change, evolution, balance within shifts. The expansions will happen- that is inevitable. What is controllable is shifting our response to be one of riding the imbalance, like a snowboarder constantly adjusting her internal balance while hurtling down a hill. Knowing we are on that ride of imbalance is such a helpful reminder when we are in the midst of the chaos. Balance will always re-emerge, it just might take some time and trials to reach.”
