Schilder & Korintenberg Photography

Schilder & Korintenberg Photography, The works of German photographic artists Schilder & Korintenberg are works of stasis and instant. Moment capture seems to be a good way to describe them. Paint and dust, colours fill space and trace momentum against the pure backdrop of the human form. There is a wonderful similitude (there has to be a better way to say it than just saying ‘they match’) between model and substance.

Each photograph seems to have its own temperature. In an interesting link, temperature is analogous to entropy. Entropy, being the measure of disorder within a system, seems to be an integral question each photograph asks. What is calamity met with deadly calm?
