There is a playful resemblance between an architectural blueprint and this display of geometric foods for Swedish food lab Atelier Food. Stockholm-based art director Petter Johansson presents innovation through food with this delectable rainbow of color.
The food is not only displayed as innovative design structures, but it also connects with ideas involving sustainability and urban development. The project maintains that “food is an important part of many future challenges” and seeks to find comprehensive solutions.
