Georgian architects Sandro Ramishvili and Irakli Eristavi designed this unconventional boutique hotel, overlooking the Caucasus Mountains, in upper Gudari, Georgia.

The hotel is constructed entirely from old shipping containers which are stacked in the form of a pyramid, Where That form imitates the surrounding landscape represented in the cascading topography and the triangular mountain peaks. It, also, makes space for terraces that offer tremendous views of the Caucasus Mountains.

The use of up-cycled containers as the main building unit of the hotel eliminated the negative impacts on the surrounding environment which typically result from the construction process.
No deep excavation or rock cutting works were necessary because the hotel simply integrates with the surrounding landscape. It is raised above the ground on thin steel supports, minimizing its footprint as well.

The hotel contains rooms for individuals and suites for families. Besides the stunning views of the Caucasus mountains, the hotel offers leisure facilities like a swimming pool, a sauna, a yoga and fitness training room, in addition to a ski depot.
