New drawings have been unveiled for the first project by Tadao Ando in New York. The project is a lavish residential building dubbed 152 Elizabeth Street. This is the first time renderings have been revealed for the inside of the multi-level penthouse.
The penthouse was purchased for 35 million dollars. It is composed of three levels and has an area of 9,000 square feet. The luxurious residential unit comprises four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, in addition to a vast open-air space of a 3,240 square-foot area.
Gabellini Sheppard Associates designed the interiors of the penthouse. The interiors comprise top-notch finishes in addition to a magnificent warping stairway made of Pietra Cardosa stone, steel, and glass.
Moreover, materials like Danish oak was used to construct the floors whereas the cabinets were made of Eucalyptus wood. Different kinds of stone in addition to concrete mark the main features of the penthouse.
