The Creative industries and the business incubator is designed in the area of a former “Lithuanian” cinema. The concept of a nest is used for the artistic realization of the building. Incubator (or nest) – is a positive surrounding for creating, innovative thinking, starting a business, joining into teams and building communities. The goal of the project is to create an unorthodox place that would enhance the creative working process and also react accordingly to the urban environment. Therefore the building was joined to the path of “Vingriai wells” thus opening the pedestrian traffic to the developing lofts district. Public spaces on the roof made the building available for everyone – the object acts as a vivid place of meetings and the city initiative.
