“DENSITY: a way for life quality” | Pace Antonello

The theme of the project was the first urban recovery of a significant portion of the municipal territory once occupied by the establishment of fuel storage firm Propertius . This urban renewal was to be the son of two hands, one public and one private. It was inserted before the public square semi-basement level, having reclaimed the entire area where the aquifers are threatened by the presence of tanks and piping water to drain underground. To share ‘ zero ‘ has made public a plate intended for commercial activities. The outline of this level deviates from the fabric of the urban environment made of boards interminable approaching the design of a village due to the proximity of the buildings. At the top level is the private plate, designed to residences and amenities such as game room, club elderly, student corner, dog-sitting , spa, lunch bar , newspaper library media, salt Monthly. Before you even set up a residential center, this project aims to be a great public space. Usually, an urban void is generated and circumscribed by buildings. In this project, it is exactly the opposite, the public space generates and surrounds the buildings. Project Credits :
