1. Business Development Executive

Responsible for developing new commercial partnerships with clients and agencies seeking to advertise on Arch2o.com. Offers a range of content marketing and visibility tools such as catalog partnership plans, sponsored posts, and banner campaigns. Works under the guidance of the Remote Team Manager to help maximize the impact of new business development for Arch2o.

The candidate selected will:

  1. Actively maximize Arch2o’s client base in the USA and other markets. This includes prospecting and closing deals with potential clients. We expect our Sales Executive to be proactive, creative, independent and ambitious.
  2. Continue strengthening Arch2o’s institutional presence in the US and other markets by establishing long-term partnerships with relevant architectural materials producers, educational institutions, etc.
  3. Develop strategies to further position the Arch2o brand amongst key players in the architecture materials industry in the US.
  4. Work directly with the Remote Team Manager and Global Director of Sales for collaboration and mentorship.


  • Qualifications: University graduate, preferably with a degree in Business, Communications or Marketing.
  • Work Experience: 1 – 4 years experience in sales or advertising. Previous experience in remote sales will be an important consideration when assessing each candidate.
  • Languages: English (Native or complete professional proficiency).

2. Editors & Professional Bloggers 

Arch2O is looking for Egypt-based writers to grow our editorial team. You will be required to produce daily editorial content, and source for creative editorial materials. You are also expected to conduct research to obtain factual and authentic information relating to your editorial content. You will monitor the social engagement of your content with our readers, and strive to produce the most compelling content based on readers’ interests. Most importantly, you are passionate about building a career and reputation in online journalism and the digital space and are comfortable working in a remote team.


– Must have good command over the English language, strong writing skills, and basic HTML knowledge

– Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Dreamweaver or web-design software, and basic photo-cropping software

– Minimum 2-year experience preferred (and/or) Candidate who have blogs are mostly preferred

– Dedicated to producing the most compelling and engaging content for our readers

– Informed of the latest trends in architecture, design, art, and technology

– Prefers working in a small team, startup environment

– Self-motivated, and takes initiative in proposing new ideas

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

  • He/she should focus on grammar, editorial writing, magazine writing, ethics
  • Building internal links between the articles of the website
  • Bringing the main website out to life
  • Meet strict deadlines and follow editorial guidelines
  • Responsible for the copywriting and shorten texts to make them more concise and readable
  • Manage the landing page and homepage of the website.
  • Create the content SEO friendly.
  • Help manage the social media presence of the company.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure the content and presentation is attractive and suitable.
  • Data mining and market research as to how best position and brand the company.

3. Digital Sales Manager


  • Achieves revenue run rate and incremental growth targets and other sales related goals within the named book of accounts.
  • Proactively identifies new revenue opportunities and drives account growth and profitability acceleration including new business, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Owns extensive client communication, strategic planning, and troubleshooting account complications to promote client satisfaction.
  • Develops and improves executive level relationships within named account(s).
  • Promotes the Arch2O-Client relationship by providing thought leadership and consultation on aligning client business needs to products, solutions, and services offered.
  • Creates value and differentiates our services and products from competitors.
    Drives contract negotiations for new and existing business within named accounts regarding new sales, account growth and contract renewals as appropriate.
  • Owns closest-to-the-pin revenue forecasting and ensures the accuracy of sales entries.


  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields
  • 3+ years’ experience in digital media sales – both mobile and desktop
  • Previous successful experience calling directly on digital advertising clients and/or agencies
  • Exceptional team player interested in working as part of a highly coordinated, focused organization
  • Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service Desired:
