The los Angeles based firm SDA won the “switch to Pure Volvo” competition with a unique piece that is meant to power the car while on display.

The form is composed of vinyl-coated polyester fabric with flexible photo voltaic panels stretched over CNC-bent aluminum rods.
The structure can easily be dismantled and transported due to its material and construction. The installation is set to tour Rome and Milan.
