Pattaya Velodrome, Thailand

In choosing a Thesis topic due to personal favorite about Fixed Gear Bicycle. Make wanting to study and research on the subject. And got to know Fixed Gear have origin from Track Bicycle in use to competition in Velodrome. Architecture about Track Cycling have only Velodrome. Challenges and Interested in Architecture make it to be Thesis topic i chose. Important Thailand never have Indoor Velodrome before and Existing Velodrome is open air have dilapidated and not approve from Union Cyclist International (UCI) soon. This is the reasons about Feasibility.

Velodrome In Thailand have 4 places include Bangkok , Chiang Mai , Suphanburi and Nakhon Ratchasima Province. All be an Outdoor Velodrome Stadium and have a very dilapidated. Not be an Approved By UCI (Union Cycliste Internationale) this reason affect Velodrome in Thailand cannot be a Host for International Competition in Seagame ,Asian Game,Olympic Game and Other International Competition.But still have a way for this problem.Thailand have a feasibility in develop The athletics By Sports Authority of Thailand. A plan target at Pattaya ,Chonburi Province in “Eastern National Sports Training Center”.Them had a lot of budgets to develop this project to be International Sport Venue.
Appropriate to approved project Indoor Velodrome in Pattaya.Because Pattaya appropriate to be sport venue due to famous city in the world degree and economy stimulant.

Section C

In designing have to use Unique of Cycling such as physical, cycling movement, cycling equipment for design architecture. I got an advising and helping from AVM. Thurdsak Sucharitham (Advisor) about design since Zoning design, Lay out design, Building form design, Structure and Mechanical. Have presented design develop successively and got guidance from Jury. The design can be quite detailed. Have more time to attentive important things as building structure and mechanical.
