MB House

The design of the house is generated based on the concept of attracting the outside inward. Which is based on the benefits of the landscape, the land is situated in front large gardens and a lagoon of great proportions constructed in the manner of the celestial strip between the condo and the sea.

Under this premise, the house is volumetrically conceived as a parallelepiped, carved to take advantage of spatially which gives the outside, understood as visual and natural lighting. The organization and program contemplated a first level of public and social where incomes are organized character, living room, dining room, and service environments. The second level houses the bedrooms and living room facing the double height spatially integrating both levels and large outdoor lagoon.

All areas of the second level are articulated through a ventilated and lit corridor in a natural way, on the first floor next to a linear water mirror that accompanies the user from admission until communicate with the outside terrace. Finally, there is a third level where you find the main terrace with public-social vacation, pool centered enhancing the view over the landscape, which is visible from the living room on the second floor, forming part of the double-height space.

The facade is treated with integrity and constituted from enclosures that filter the absorption and the exterior light, also understood as a visual record, with large windows, resulting in social spaces. On the side, facade predominates a suspended wall longitudinally crosses the ground, blocking the direct view of the neighboring house, contrasting solely with the water mirror of a floor, previous the outer green.

Materiality and spatiality relate looking compose harmoniously the outside to the inside. eru seismic conditions are the main advantage of using structural materials rationally and innovatively adapting itself the concept formulated. In that sense, the use of light reflective materials is also emphasized, so that the outside it is reflected inside the house. Consequently, the result is an integrated building, conceptual and responsibly with their environment; appropriate for the place, livable outside and inside.
