Lotte Amoje – The Food Capital | Karim Rashid

Karim Rashid has created a kaleidoscope of stimuli by blending technology and organics into ‘technorganic’ forms. “Foodcapitol’ is the Lotte department store’s Amoje food court in Seoul, South Korea.

The cafeteria has been transformed into an environment of sensory experiences with bright organic colors and undulating curves.

The design encourages socialization and orients customers by creating distinct circulation paths within the complex network of seating.
