Yesterday, October 30th, the eleven finalists of Japan’s New National Stadium Competition have been announced, the National Stadium hopes to host world-class events with the world’s largest spectator capacity and the world’s finest hospitality, one of these planned events is the 2019 Rugby World Cup.
