A plan to improve and develop Thailand’s economic strategy is determined to achieve quality and sustainable economic growth, creative economic development. It focuses on developing the surrounding factors to support the enterprise network of business to create new products and services with new identity and represent to the traditional identity, ability to attract the investment from involving business to the city, allow the investment to create the opportunity to learn and creativity development. The examples of development are learning sources development, and all kinds of public areas to be the field of skills development for creators. Government and government organizations have to co-operate with public organizations, education institutes, and mass media to develop this together. With the popular business in foreign countries such as Startup, a new born company which is popular worldwide. In recent 2-3 years, there are Startup companies in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, or even Vietnam. Steve Blank, the writer of The Four Steps to the Epiphany, a Lean startup creation book, stated that “Startup is temporary.
Startup will be stopped if the business is turned into small business. And, Startup is not happened in business model, but it will “find” new business models which are never be born before”. In the future, AEC will be the important market to attract the investors from European and American countries to invest in Startup business in Southeast Asia for 2-3 times. Most Thai Startup businesses are in early stage and there are various kinds of business. If we analyze the Startup businesses in Thailand, they seem to be happened by the concepts from only one people or business with 3-5 people, grouping by Marketing officers, Designers, and technology developers.
Generally, the business is not registered as company until the products or services are clearly set, or clear business model. Most of the groups of Startup are found by new generations. So, Startup is the important factor to develop Small and Medium Enterprise (SMEs). So, HACKERSPACE is like a learning center and the knowledge sharing area in forms of WORKSHOP, lecture, creating a group relationship to lead people to exchange their opinions and create the new things to support the demand of new technology and innovation.
By adapting the “BA Concept” of Kitaro Nishida, a Japanese philosophy. “Ba” means place or assembly area of people to share the knowledge and create new knowledge. The area can be Virtual area or conceptive area such as experiences, thoughts and ideals. In terms of shape, the building was studied and the architect was the symbol of Thai-Chinese Commercial symbol, represent the trading area, transportations to exchange products and cultures to drive the economy and international relationship between Thailand and China. The symbol also represents The Sense of Place by Simile and Metaphor from the Chinese argosy, representing moving for trading and culture exchange. Study the mechanic of the argosy such as mast, helm, and paddles.
There are circulation to create different format and spaces, representing the area of the important parts of the project to drive the creativities such as FLEXIBLE EVENT STAIR, which is able to adapt for use, AUDITORUIM, the area to exchange the opinions and experiences, and INSPIRATION ZONE, the place to create the inspiration from the growth of trees and other parts of trees. With the proportion and parts from study and experiment, from the METAPHOR of Chinese argosy, we can see the overall of the building such as there are 12 masts, following to the Chinese argosy skeleton, the bottom of the argosy is expressed through EVENT STAIR, and library, rope system and circulate points are expressed through the bicycle path to decrease the cars on the road.

In the future, Startups will be the new driver of economy. It is widely understood that the crisis financial in economic crisis will be positive to Startups business. That is true because Startup can grow faster, called as ‘Startup Economy’. Startup Economy can bear by itself. There is own market and also stimulate the overall economic system, too. The economy crisis will create the unexpected labors because the big company will employ fewer employees to maintain company’s stability. More unemployment means it’s harder to find the job in companies. Startup business, whose business is people in the villages, live and pay in the local area, they also employ the workmen in the village, too. They may rent the office or have their own co-working space office or work in business incubator like work in home. Startups business will come to involve with village and event exhibition because it is the important factor for their success. These factors can increase the money, resources, and liveliness to the village.
