Ever Changing House is a moduler housing project powered by parametric design tools. The objective is to create a steel grid structure which will fill up with prefabricated blocks, when users come they fix their own blocks and remove the blocks when they leave the city. Therefore people will only use space in the Ever Changing House while they are in the city. From the assumption “only with the user a house can be created”.

Exposing the mechanical features benefited architectural language but also it makes it easier to link blocks to the structure in terms of plumbing etc. Vertical circulation is provided by two cores and horizontal circulation is provided by platforms which in some floors creates social areas. These are un-moveble parts of the structure.
